Maxcasinolic is a boutique hotel, a twelve-seat chef's counter and a rooftop bar above the harbour.
Maxcasinolic opened in 2018 in a converted 1970s bank tower on Cornwall Avenue, and we have been quietly rewriting what a city hotel can feel like ever since. Forty-one floors up, the Signature Penthouse Suite sleeps six and looks across the harbour to the North Shore peaks. Downstairs, the Harbourfront Chef's Table seats twelve people a night at a single maple counter. In between, you will find a spa, a rooftop bar that stays open until 2am, and a mezzanine gaming floor restricted to guests aged 19 and over.
Any gaming area at Maxcasinolic is reserved for guests aged 19 and over. We do not extend credit, we do not accept cheques for gaming, and we encourage every guest to set a time and spend limit before they play. Voluntary self-exclusion can be arranged confidentially at any point during your stay.

We designed Maxcasinolic around the idea that most travellers want three things from a city hotel: quiet, a good meal, and a reason to come back casino hotel.
Suites worth staying in
Forty-one floors of rooms, suites and residences. Every window faces either the harbour or the North Shore mountains. No televisions by default — a projector drops from the ceiling if you want one.
Dining that plans itself
The Chef's Table menu is decided each morning based on what the boats deliver. Room service mirrors the same kitchen — you are never eating a lesser version of the restaurant upstairs.
Wellness on your terms
A subterranean spa floor with two hydrotherapy pools, a hammam, and treatment rooms you can book at short notice. No spa-ritual theatre — the therapists are simply very good casino hotel.
Maxcasinolic is not a brand that plans to open forty properties by 2030. We have one address, one team and one standard. The building has ninety-four rooms across twenty-two floors of guest accommodation, and above them sits a further nineteen floors of private residences that we manage on behalf of long-term owners. On the ground floor, the Chef's Table runs a single evening service from 6:45pm. Above that, the bar opens at 5pm and closes whenever the last guest leaves. There is a mezzanine gaming floor for guests aged 19 and over, and a small library on the third floor that most guests never find.
Two of our suite categories — the Signature Penthouse and the Harbourfront Residences — are also available for full buyouts for weddings, milestone birthdays and closed-door board retreats. If you are considering an event at Maxcasinolic, our events team will build the whole weekend around what you actually want, not a template.

Two blocks from the seawall, ten minutes on foot from Granville Island, and twenty-five minutes from YVR by car casino resort.

Front desk is staffed 24 hours. Concierge is available from 6am to 2am and on call overnight.

Signature Penthouse Suite Experience
A two-storey residence on the 41st floor with a private butler, a 68-square-metre terrace facing the Coast Mountains and a wine wall holding 168 bottles casino resort.
Harbourfront Chef's Table Dinner
Twelve seats along a single slab of maple, nine courses driven by what the boats brought in that morning, and a sommelier flight chosen the same day.
The bar and lounge
A rooftop that stays open later than it should casino environment
The bar on the top accessible floor seats forty-two across a horseshoe counter and a scattering of low tables, with a glass wall on three sides. The cocktail list changes with the season and is built around spirits we can get within British Columbia. There is a small piano delivered three nights a week, a fireplace for the colder months, and a strict no-phones-above-the-table rule that most guests initially resist and later appreciate.
Doors open at 5pm. Last orders are taken at 1:30am, and the room closes whenever the final table leaves. The bar is open to hotel guests and reservation-holders only — we do not run a walk-in policy on weekends casino resort.
The spa floor

Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Hotel guests get same-day access; day passes are available when we have space.
Hydrotherapy
A 30-metre lap pool, a warmer thermal pool and a cold plunge maintained at 10°C. Towels, robes and slippers provided.
Hammam and sauna
A traditional marble hammam, a dry cedar sauna and a steam room, all bookable in 45-minute private slots if you prefer the room to yourself casino entertainment.

Responsible gaming at Maxcasinolic
Maxcasinolic operates a small mezzanine gaming floor under a British Columbia gaming facility operator licence. Access is restricted to guests aged 19 and over, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. We do not offer gaming credit, we do not accept cheques for gaming, and we do not permit third-party funding of gaming activity. Any gaming at Maxcasinolic is entertainment, not a source of income, and we treat it that way on our side too. Before you play, set a time limit and a spend limit. If you cross that limit, walk away and come back another day. If gaming stops feeling like fun, tell any of our team — we can arrange voluntary self-exclusion on the spot, confidentially and without judgement, and we will help you find support through the BC Responsible and Problem Gambling Program, available 24 hours a day. If you are not sure whether you are in control of your play, that is usually a sign worth taking seriously. Our staff are trained to recognise the signs, and they will not be shy about checking in with you.
